Barry Yoeckel leads the operations of the company. With a rich background spanning over two decades in real estate finance, brokerage, and development, Barry brings a wealth of experience to CULTIVATE.  Most recently Barry served as Vice President of Development at GBT Realty Corporation where he led all development activities for the National Multifamily Platform. He had similar roles as Development Director at Lifestyle Communities and Development Manager at Pearl Street Partners, where he oversaw major projects and played a key role in shaping the growth and direction of the company.

Barry has managed transactions of over 13,000 Class A apartment units including the development of approximately 5,000 Class A apartment units across all multifamily product types and Class A Retail.

Barry is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Barry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and a Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
